Have you tried building neuronal models with #DendroTweaks? Itβs a Python toolbox we made to help you visualize and customize single-neuron models with active dendrites. And it's just got a major update! β¨ Here's what's new: π§΅

It might just be a matter of getting used to it. After all, natural languages are built on similar principles β subject, verb, object (or variations of this order). From my experience, I always need to uncover some kind of structure within plain text to understand it anyway.

Although it's not exactly what you're discussing here, I believe focusing on micro-facts rather than broad ideas helps minimize bias.

DendroPedia
I had an idea of a wiki-like platform where different concepts are connected through relations: r-makarov.github.io/dendropedia/.... It adds more structure than Wikipedia or Scholarpedia currently have. Unfortunately, I haven't had much time to work on it, so it remains just at the level of an idea.
