Our extroverted foster and former outdoor cat, Tuxey, is getting harness trained so we can take him on walks to get him some more stimulation!

Got woken up yesterday to a phone call and these photos from my friend asking if I could quickly get to work because they found a little kitten running around site.

I have zero idea what we're gonna do with this little guy, but yessss, another orange braincell-less rescue cat!

My guildies are gonna throw me out of my own World of Warcraft guild over this😂

Samsung Galaxy's Motion Photo's setting normally gives awkward results, but sometimes you get the coolest outcomes.

This was supposed to just be a still photo my "Girlfriend" cosplay from Hotline Miami at DragonCon, but I saw the Motion Photo and was in love.

PopTart has opinions about us leaving for DragonCon.

It would suck any time of the year, but right before a huge con when I was planning on basically living in there hit extra hard.

The one silver lining is that we've got permission to get it moved to a room closer to us when it gets rebuilt.

Safe to say, Giant Gold Spoon prop isn't happening for this con.

While we saved some of the EVA foam and Worbla...the space and tools are kaput.

Oh well, project for next DragonCon!

We tried to salvage everything we could.

So my friend and I each split a pile of shirts and took them home to see if we can save them. This pile of wet shirts isn't even half of it...

Murphy's Law can go to hell.

Our work makerspace got flooded with 4 ft of water after a massive pipe burst next door.

All our machines were underwater and the room is unusable.

We spent hours yesterday trashing or trying to salvage anything we could.

Only crying a little. 🥲

DragonCon's 2025 Schedule is "Live" and in their tried and true fashion they have mostly placeholder events for now.

This is my current favorite and I have never felt more called out. 😂
