Get yourself a remote camera shutter. It's super cheap, connects via Bluetooth to your phone, and literally a life changer for taking personal photo references.

Oh I started The Witness too after Talos Principle but haven't continued it. My mistake was to start it after Talos, while already annoyed by this type of puzzles lol. I plan to continue it later, once the urge for it kicks in.

Oh yeah I think I played like an hour or two of Room (don't remember which one) but it didn't feel as rewarding as I thought so I dropped it. Might give the series another chance later on.

I may need some recommendations for the puzzle games that will be challenging enough, but won't force me to manually control my breathing to calm down the raging annoyance every time an NPC or game mechanic decides to test the limits of my cortisol levels.

At first I pitied the peasants. But I swear, if another peasant gives me an attitude again, I'm gonna start alphabetically blaming them for murder out of pure spite. Along with their fuckass abbot and miller.

I played The Talos Principle after that and, despite interesting lore, I would rather slam my finger with the door than do another damn repetitive puzzle from that game while being rage bated by a damn clanker every five minutes.

I blame Return of the Obra Dinn and Chants of Sennar for making me believe that the games of this genre can actually be fun and enjoyable after a long day of work.
