More than 70 experts from asset managers, insurers, civil society and universities gathered in London last week to explore how investors can prioritise health.

Health Dividend Live was the start of our drive to highlight the value unlocked when investors prioritise health and a healthy society.

We've looked at air pollution: “Ninety-nine percent of the world’s population is breathing unsafe air — no one is insulated from this risk.”

“Air pollution costs the global economy $8.1 trillion annually in health and productivity losses.”

And urban health:
Successful regeneration depends on patient, long-term capital working with the public sector - with returns created by designing for health and place from the very start.
