Seeing what’s happening on TV vs here on the streets vs notifications I’m getting from my job (in DTLA) is interesting. ICE was reportedly spotted in Leimert Park. Definitely don’t believe the narrative the 🍊 is pushing.

- Trump placed the National Guard under federal control (Title 10), bypassing state authority a rare and provocative move that violates the Tenth Amendment unless the Insurrection Act is formally invoked.

- Video footage reviewed by The Guardian and Washington Post showed flash-bangs, tear gas, and rubber bullets deployed against protesters without clear provocation.
- Protesters were often seen dispersing or shielding themselves, not advancing aggressively.

Facts:
- Governor Gavin Newsom and Mayor Karen Bass both publicly stated they did not request National Guard assistance.
- Under normal circumstances, National Guard deployment requires state approval unless the Insurrection Act is invoked, which Trump has not done.

Watching Trump and Elon fall out is like watching two thieves argue over who got caught on camera.

Newsflash: it was both of y’all.

The great thing about this Elon and Donald fight is that it’s escalating by the minute.

By 7pm Elon will post that Donald wears a wig.

By 8pm Donald will threaten Elon with deportation.

By 9pm Musk will have posted proof that he hacked the election.

Trump’s move to have Elon Musk step aside wasn’t a retreat. It was a distraction. With Musk’s name out of the headlines, many assumed the controversial Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) had quietly ended. It hasn’t. It’s just changed hands.
