Being similar to @thegrognardfiles.bsky.social in losing my GM'ing mojo, I have 'paused' my huge campaign games and instead i'm running a series of small interconnected dungeon delves (Indiana Jones meets D&D), loving the 'back to basics' vibe

Our new lich queen comes in two flavours - with bone wand or flaming staff - and is always incensed that their proof-of-concept decentralized dungeon model allowing anyone to spin up their own instance has resulted in the wrong type of adventurers running around the place.
