This moxie stuff isn’t half bad. Doesn’t deserve the hate it gets I think, but it’s not particularly great either. Kinda a mix of medicine, cherry flavor, and Dr. pepper

My favorite hot sauce is the green El Yucateco one. Something about the very intense green color just does something for me. It also tastes good. IMO it doesn’t work for soups; the ideal soup hot sauce is vinegar based or rather thin so stuff like Tabasco.

I like food 👍.

Sadly I do have the white person and Japanese person tendency to be very weak to spice. I LOVE spicy food to the point of eating so much in one sitting I’ll be swearing bullets and I’ll have bathroom trouble later. My friends say it’s somewhat masochism or self harm but idk about that.

Sometimes I wonder if I inherited my mom’s small tomato allergy because why did I just eat what I assume was a plain tomato sauce spaghetti frozen food and it was a little spicy, like there was some heat to it? I checked the ingredients and it said it just had “spices” so maybe pepper is there idk

I wish I could just turn off my brain so I wouldn’t have to think and then I wouldn’t have all these anxieties and weird feelings. Makes it really hard to sleep. Of course, relaying all my thoughts into a thread makes it hard to sleep as I’m staring at a screen rn.

Is it a rational thing to feel like food service is way beyond me? Like, I think I’d mess up someone’s food too bad and they’d get sick or die or something. My friend told me that they do a really good job training you on food safety but I have a feeling I’d fuck it up. I always fuck stuff up

I hope that work ethic doesn’t turn out in real jobs. It didn’t really at the plastics factory, but that’s because I have an interest in plastic, factories, and the cars the stuff went into. If I was doing something else, I feel like I’d screw up royally because it’s just not as cool to me

I may also have been a bad group member… I have forgotten to turn in a report here and there in labs because of my terrible schedule for work and sleep and all that. Maybe i just never was cut out for college, given my shitty work ethic.

I really don’t want to come out to these people because it’s always so awkward I hate doing that shit

The worst part of that is my credits don’t transfer anywhere, or at least most of them. If I ever go back (hope I do, but most dropouts never go back), I’ll have to go back to Kent State and I’ll be doing that as some weird older person and even worse I might see people I kinda vaguely know.
