When I quit smoking, I got a big bag of sugar leaf. Every time I thought I needed a cigarette I would roll a joint and take my dog for a walk. Don't recommend quitting both at once. Not buying tobacco should leave you enough cash for sweet leaf if you can't grow your own.Good luck
