Even if the framework of the language allows to call them... precisely, it does not make sense in both coversation or in their mind anyway, as the difference is nuanced and may not make sense to an outsider.

Even outside of shenanigans, I have a friend who has two sisters, but 8+ relatives she calls "sisters" because it is complicated. If I tried to parse all her brothers, uncles, and aunts, my mind would explode.
Which are TECHNICALLY are not her brothers, aunts, and uncles (or sisters)

I mean, depending on the language (non english) you might use, but yeah, boils down to aunts, uncles, sisters, and brothers.
