I know so many creators are capable of better because I've seen it, and I just look forward to spending my future career making sure they see that, and giving them what they need to attain it.

If I scroll through YouTube/Twitch and see the exact same type of creator, the same thumbnails, regurgitated statements, and damn near AI-generated levels of nothing-burger commentary (mainly because they need to get a video out)... it's already over. It's a pattern at this point.

It's getting easier to tell which games will find an audience and have a lasting community. The teams that refuse to learn end up in the same position: a dwindling playerbase, negative sentiment, clickbait content, and within a short time, a branded PNG graphic on social announcing layoffs/closure.

In my career of working within the Creator Ecosystem, I pay attention to the range and diversity of creators making content about a game.

The diversity of the style of content
The diversity of the discussion in the community
and of course diversity of the creators
