we live in a Pokémon world and you just happen to be in it too
the key aspect is the frequent cadence of releases, even if some of them are less events than others. been my primary console by a huge margin since it launched
People tend to overhype how launch years usually go but you could hardly find many faults in this one. Not the best but it's been pretty solid
Good thing is that if you have a ps5 you're still set for many many years
looking forward to the price reveal
Valve shoots their own argument by facilitating reselling cosmetics in their own games. lootboxes are less of an issue in games like Overwatch where you're only investing money for yourself. the moment you allow for monetary gains it's just gambling
I'll always have an issue with the thought process that as long as the content gated behind predatory mechanics is cosmetic and has no effect on gameplay performance it's automatically free real estate to do about anything
visuals are a part of the game experience too
tbh I think if you ask anyone bilingual they'd agree that English is much simpler and straightforward than any other language
i definitely agree myself
i dedicated him a special trash spot on the island
i think the new yoshi's gimmick looks fun but it would need the game to have a decent difficulty curve to fully exploit it and we all know it's going to be piss easy from start to finish
they should perhaps consider not selling a sonic kart game at 70 bucks a couple months after Mario kart comes out
Part 2 completely lost me despite thinking part 1 was near perfect
there's so little noise around this incredibly anti consumer pricing tactic but i assure you that if it was another certain company doing it every single content creator would make a thousand videos about it and you would never hear the end of it
i've never seen this many people buying the console for a single game
purely anecdotal but i think pokopia is the biggest system seller the switch 2 has had since its launch
it's been great playing a Pokémon game without having been spoiled by people datamining the game a week before it released. Hopefully it stays that way until at least Winds & Waves come out
i've just unlocked my third area and just looking at the size of it left me speechless
things are happening
i'm in awe at how clever the level design is in Pokopia. genuinely might be Omega Force's magnum opus
they havent marketed it as such but Pokopia is maybe the best possible 30th anniversary title for the series. it's so good and hits the nostalgia feel just right
that part actually flows quite well in subsequent runs, near all of it optional anyway so you can just dash towards the objectives
that is beyond fucked
while I hope nothing less than getting hit by a bus to the NetEase CEO, nagoshi's game always sounded like a scam bc what do you mean they worked on it for four years but still need another 50 millions dollars to complete it
imo they should just cancel the machine and ship the VR headset + controller. i don't think there's a world where you can have this device at an affordable pricing anymore
nothing will come out of this but it is a very funny headline
clearly the industry needs to pump more money into service games
Platinum'd RE9, that'll be it for me 🙌
good shit
excited for the movie to release so i can stop hearing about it
