disclaimer, have whatever kind of sex you want, do whatever you want and all that. i'm just critiquing the absurd puritan mindset that comes up for gothic media and how people complain there's so little of it but also try to ban it.

people will whine about wanting more gothic media but when they do consume anything with actual gothic themes they get upset because it's uncomfortable... which is the whole point? i really think they just want vanilla sex in regency clothes at a big castle but won't admit it.

thankfully my customers have all been wonderful and understanding people when times have gotten tough for me but... i cower at the thought of being reviewed harshly for something out of my control... OOF

controversial opinion but i don't think people should be allowed to write and post reviews about an artist like they would a company. it just sounds hurtful since it's usually one person doing all the work.

it feels that way a lot and the community sucks.

i stopped drawing at art parties because someone said i hurt their feelings by not drawing their oc... another time someone else was upset that i didn't ask for their mare(?) code and drew their vanilla oc... i always let people know i'm on console!
