I rarely give up on games but I can't seem to really get into Chained Echoes. Maybe after I get through with Stardew Valley I can really give it a chance. Maybe revisit Persona 5 Royal and Trials of Mana too.

So my fb is pretty much an echo chamber of like-minded people. But some I leave around just to see what they're up to. Not bad people by any strecth. But twice today, I saw people posting about how folks are overreacting, and I just gotta laugh. What a privileged take. Being an asshole out loud.

After many years, and many viewings, I stand by the fact that the last season is terrible. Season 5 is nearly perfect, and the follow-up? Trash.

Second: I have accepted the position as Beverage Director for a new Ramen bar opening here in Charleston called Bar Weems. Weems has been crushing it the last few years as a pop-up, and we're very excited to be opening a brick and mortar. Stay tuned for lots of cool things to come!

So professionally, I'm a bartender. I'm stoked to share a couple of cool things. First off, I made it to the finals for a non-alcoholic drink competition. The finals are next Monday and I'm really excited to compete against some of the very best bartenders in this town.

They're calling for snow here in Charleston SC this week. This place goes insane for snow. End of the world type of shit. Can't wait.
