My fucking treadmill just caught on fire and I am LIVIDDDD 😭🤬🤬🤬 FUCK I’m so mad I was about to hit 4 miles

It’s a lot, but my BED ADHD ass needs structure.

Good morning, I’ve only been awake a few hours and I have ✨ruined everything✨ broke my fast and I’m really regretting it 😞 did 2 miles on the treadmill and I’ll do a couple more on lunch to help make up for it

23 hr fast, 2.5 miles of walking today, (Fitbit was charging but I was on the walk pad for an hour at 2mph and Fitbit caught the rest from normal walking. Cals are a mess rounded up to over 1200 cals. Fuck. Starting new fast.
