I will mend more. I will knit more. I will become a much better seamstress (I have purchased myself the absolute treat of beautiful new sewing scissors).

I am not looking for any pats on the back - I wish I had committed to it sooner! TBH I have been living close to this for quite a long time.

As of January 1, 2025, I am committed to purchasing ZERO items of retail clothing, shoes, accessories, undergarments (I DID stock up on underwear and bras on Dec.31st😬) for one calendar year. I will only purchase thrift/second hand/consignment - and as little of that as I can stand😬
