@samkurd.bsky.social I’ve just got around to playing/finishing Lost Records: Bloom and Rage and I highly recommend it, if you can ever pick it up when you can afford a treat or it’s on sale or something. Swann is basically Max Caulfied but with a ‘95 camcorder, but I love her far more

i really like that the magic in lost records remains mysterious and unexplained i dont get why ppl on reddit r begging for another tape to “explain” the mysteries, that would literally ruin all of the magic to it

The Game of the Year nominations are up. Death Stranding 2 is the only one I would consider playing.

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is my game of the year. That it didn't even get nominated for best narrative is ridiculous. Lost Records is one of those titles that people will look at as a classic.

It’s still such a great and important award!

Lost Records is maybe my game of the year (that isn’t a certain French-made JRPG) and one of the more emotionally impactful gaming experiences I’ve ever had. There’s a scene set to a Beach House song that still makes me cry whenever I think about it.
