Max has graduated from isolation & is living his best life in the shelter now 🥰 He’s really happy to be back around some other cats! He introduced himself by giving everyone forehead baths & then got acquainted with some new toys.

I’m so relieved, I was stressing so hard the last few days! He’s tolerating everything really well so far, I took his sister in to see him cause she was looking for him & they were just having a blast exploring isolation together 🥹

Awwwww that’s such a shame, I do believe it’s the top cause of death for male strays so it’s the most likely outcome 😭 I hope someone gave him a proper burial as well! I know it’s actually really common here for people to bury them when they find them on the road if it’s safe to grab them 🖤

I just gotta keep the rest of the kittens from stealing all his stuff 😭 one of them came home with a kids toy yesterday 😅

Weeper has been successfully collected for pretreatment before his #TNR appointment on Friday 🥰 were going to administer some flea meds & dewormer, get him hydrated, clean him up a bit & observe him for any concerning symptoms!

Thank you! My extra isolation space is a camper, but the air conditioner needs a 30 amp breaker to run & we only have a 15, so it’s unusable after spring! I’ll need something to keep them contained but not cooked when I try for the rest!
