Wow, that must have been such an uncomfortable experience. First impressions really do stay with you. It must have felt surreal later seeing him rise to that level after what you personally experienced. Life can be really strange like that sometimes.
It’s definitely a complex issue. Public safety matters, but so does rehabilitation and addressing the root causes like addiction and mental health. Feels like the system needs better long-term solutions, not just short sentences and release.
Haha maybe we're all guilty 😅 but honestly it depends on the year. Some years I spend a lot, other years I try to be disciplined. Clothes are expensive these days though!
