Terra's darkness never took control of him. It was Master Xehanort's darkness that took control of him.

There's really not much to go on. The darkness in Scar's heart (anger and jealousy) just overtook him and made him into a "Heartless." He just didn't become a monster and kept his orginal look. Somewhat like how Xehanort became a Heartless but retained his original self instead of becoming a monster

Sora got the Keyblade because he touched the light within Riku's heart. This act caused him to accidentally take Riku's Keyblade. He was able to wield it because his OWN heart was strong. Then, it eventually chose him.

No lol Riku was just calling the Keyblade back to him. The Kingdom Key has always belonged to him since the beginning. Sora just accidentally took it from him on Destiny Islands when it was falling to darkness.
