Honestly, I hope they give maybe a big update to the game eventually, bc it’s still being actively ported and developed for other platforms, and most of its problems are VERY fixable. But even if they don’t, it’s still a fun romp.

-hidden gem, and worth playing if you like games like Persona ( so many facets of the game are lifted directly from Persona 5. This is basically a Persona game with the SMT elements removed ).I really liked the characters, the combat, while flawed, is still fun, the sprite work is fucking GORGEOUS,-

I’ve been playing Bloomtown lately.

It’s not perfect. I definitely think the combat could’ve used more polish, I felt like the bosses were too easy and unmemorable ( especially the final boss ), and didn’t really feel like it reached its full potential story-wise.

However, I still think it’s a-

Is it really that complicated? I saw the trailer for it in the showcase, and thought it looked kind of interesting, but the criteria for the puzzles barely made them seem like puzzles at all.

Obviously Hibiki Koto and Una have new modes too,but Una I was less surprised with since her SynthV1 seems to be entirely new recordings, and Koto could really use all the support she can get. Gumi, on the other hand they could’ve just repackaged her SV1 and still made bank, so it’s nice they didn’t

It’s starting to feel like Internet Co. is beginning to actually prioritize their SynthV releases - going as far as to actually get Nakajima in for new recordings for this release. How exciting!

I’m surprised that Gumi SV2 got new recordings.
I figured she’d be a straight update + maybe a couple of new vocal modes based on her Solid database. But no, she has new recordings for some of her already-existing modes, and two new softer ones alongside her new “Power” vocal mode

Hmm - it depends on the voice for me.

Like, hypothetically, if say, it were a voice like Luka V2, or SF-A2 Miki, where the voice’s artificially is a big part of their voice’s identity, I might prefer the first option.
