Explaining to an Indian acquaintance how the Anwrican juvenile word "pudwhacker" equates to the British term "wanker" 🤣. The only way I know the word is b/c I had a teenage brother and it was popular with our generation/area of the country (Great Lakes).

It's so hard watching aging parents develop health problems that impact quality of life (dementia). Even harder is living far away, b/c your sibling promised they would be there for decades - before their suicide leaves me the sole caregiver.
