It doesn’t make sense at all 😭 especially because what I’ve seen people saying they’re bankrupt from meeting the cast so many times and are still paying things off… its DEFINITELY optional and can be avoided but every opportunity some see they just have to take it and it’s so disappointing.

And on top of that if you live in the US or Europe you have MULTIPLE chances to meet them it’ll never expire… some people struggle financially so you really never know how hard it is to save in some countries.. it doesn’t matter if you’re a teen or adult EVERYONE struggles financially? So be mindful

I mean if you have money to go to every con possible then GREAT do you, but we all know it’s very rare for for NZ to get cons.. so to travel from so many different countries just to take up their first experience of something like that is just rude especially if you’ve met the cast multiple times

america already has so many conventions and new zealand / australia have this one singular one (with very limited tickets and very high demand) and we don’t even know if they’ll come back so PLEASE leave this convention for us…
