Judges don't go out and personally arrest people. Federal judges rely on the executive branch for enforcement of their orders.

Guess no one thought we'd ever be in the position of having an executive who defies court orders.

This isn't being cut in order to pay off the deficit. The same legislators who are voting for this are also voting to raise the debt cap or get rid of it all together. They are just doing it to give their billionaire donors yet another monster tax cut.
