Become a peer mentor with Spectra if you're trans, non-binary, gender-diverse, or LGBTQ+ to support others in building confidence and community.

Mentor role involves 1:1 support for trans/non-binary individuals, 1-2 hours weekly, 6-month commitment, training, and supervision. Experience not required.

Call for participation from trans women of color, trans feminine individuals, Arabic speakers, and those with migration experiences.
