And if they state it like this, then my answer will be always a no. I could create different version of something similar. But I will never modify someone else's hard work!

Transitioning from Glimmerbrook to Marren Vale has been freeing, albeit complicated, because now I don't need to worry about the size of the world. I've increased the original family number up from 30 to 50. Some are the families you already know - Lockwoods, Darkholmes, and Tyrells.
