TLDR, BTRFS is weird, an update broke and filled up my boot even though a check claimed all my partitions had ample space. I had to delete a Timeshift backup to make enough space for it to be fixed, super weird.

Linux people worry so much about Windows nuking their distro’s bootloader that they forgot that it could just nuke itself instead

Anything and everything I tried to open would complain about there being not enough space, even though I had ~150 GBs free.

Did I tell you about that one time my BTRFS based Nobara install somehow filled its boot partition during an update (which took an entire day) and forced me to roll back to a previous kernel because literally nothing would launch besides the desktop environment?
