Keeping myself accountable.

I restarted going to the gym this past week. After failing Day 1 of my 5k program I finished the week. With week 1 complete I can aim to run 5k before the end of the year.

The character is great like always but I also want to praise your background work on this as well!

Would I find my self singing it if I heard it in a public place? Absolutely, yes. Personal feeling? All-Time.

Does the next generation know or care about the song? I’ll come back to this.

I agree with others that it probably has the hallmarks of being all-time. It was 11th in the billboard 100 for that year and I feel more all-time than some songs above it. I think I’m going to ask some of my school students when the semester resumes for their thoughts on some songs from 2000-2010.

Whilst I’m sports posting I want to give a HUGE shout to #motorsport.tv whose broadcast ended at exactly 0000 in Australia so literally the end of the #nbr24 was unwatchable. I didn’t really want to see the end, the victory, the controversy. Thanks for deciding that the end wasn’t important for me.

Well deserved OKC, would have been great to see the Pacers with Halliburton down the stretch but that’s just how sports goes.

Why does the Le Mans 24 make me emotional like not other race can? They’re just cars! How can they make me feel this way?

Suzuka circuit pops up all around Europe it was at Le Mans in 2023 when I went and it was also at the Spa24 in 2023 as well.
