They did not. If they did why would I do that? The reason I paid the full premium instead of monthly was to SAVE money, not to spend more!
I gave them a chance to resolve this and after a week, four phone calls and an email, they refuse.

@allstatecorp.bsky.social charged me $36.02 AFTER I paid the "FullPay® Discount" premium for my auto insurance over the phone with a credit card. They claim the agent told me I would lose my "Easy Pay" discount when I paid over the phone. They did not.
