He's got a sore throat and is quite shaken but otherwise okay! And I thought learning first aid was a waste of time back in high school. Little did I know...

I normally don't post serious stuff, but please consider learning first aid if you haven't already. Today my Dad choked during breakfast, he couldn't breathe and was panicking. The only reason he is still alive is because I learned the Heimlich maneuver. You could save a life by learning it.

Made a new friend last night. I'd like to introduce you all to Zephyr. He is my baby bearded dragon! He has only been in my life for about 24 hours, but he already eating well and very active/curious. Love ya, little buddy!

Little did you know, I ordered the biggest burger in the restaurant and deliberately made them triple everything knowing you would ask that...
