Act confused. Be confused! Go slow. Require clarity. Lots. Document

Listen to your body! If you start to feel pain or extreme discomfort, move on to another movement or exercise. If you're doing repetitive movements, limit yourself to 10-12 max, and go lower if needed and make higher rep numbers a goal!
