Excited to share a new PhD thesis from my student and soon Dr @vmaull.bsky.social on synthetic ecosystems, preventing tipping points, and a new concept: emergent bioengineering. Very proud of this achievement, and thankful to @sfiscience.bsky.social, where many of these ideas came to life.

Veig que els operaris es posen de cháchara a la cantonada del meu carrer (Argenteria), fent maniobres amb els camions, que xiulan omplint tot el carrer cada vegada que van marcha enrere... I així cada día, cada mitja hora, a aquestes hores del matí. No penseu en els veins o ké?

Sou els més incivics al voltant. Us hauriem d'enviar un d'aquests equips que envieu vosaltres a la surtida dels bars al cap de setmana...

Ara, ~3:15 am, un equip està netejant la parada de metro amb aigua a pressió. Porten més de mitja hora fent un soroll que ni els guiris borratxos. Sisplau ja està bé que no son hores i els veins volem durmir...

Hola @ajuntamentbcn.bsky.social Sisplau, reviseu els protocols de neteja i recollida de rebuig al voltant de Jaume I. Tots els dies el mateix soroll fins a les 4 del mati. Primer, 3 o 4 camions d'escombraries en intervals d'uns 30 minuts.
