My best friend got this done a few months ago! Lots of ice chips, smoothies and fruit sorbet. Children's tylenol since its liquid form 💖 hope she heals quickly!!

My son is 4 years old level 1 Autism. Lately, he's been struggling a lot at school with being over stimulated, hitting himself and not eating to eat.
Im looking for advice to help with over stimulation in a social environment. Any recommendations are welcome 🥺

Years ago, I worked at a hospital and my shift was 6AM-6PM. I haven't been at this job for almost 3 years now but my body still naturally walks up at 5AM every single day. I literally have not slept in, in almost three years. 😭 I'm constantly exhausted 😩
