Extremely niche nit-pick/question - In the trailer for Song Sung Blue, a crowd does the "SO GOOD, SO GOOD, SO GOOD" thing during Sweet Caroline. But I'm pretty sure no one did this until recently. (Not even when the song was a big thing at Fenway in the 2000s.) Am I wrong?

I'm 22 minutes in and I've already learned that this movie inspired escape rooms and a major film title.

This sucks, and it sucks that good writing/analysis can hit a unique combination of specific and universal circumstances that people use to justify being stupid assholes.

Yeah, I'm not even saying it's not a good criterion. It ends up being a circular argument - If Quin Snyder is the media consensus pick (or Vegas favorite) for COTY, that means the Hawks' expectations are actually higher than what is supposedly being judged against.

A hill I will die on is that (consensus) predictions for any coach/manager of the year award are meaningless because the awards are primarily about exceeding expectations.
