EUIC in the bag, and another run I’m really happy with. It didn’t feel great to lose so many in a row, but there were several points I know I was so close to taking it. I know I can do better, and I’m hopeful. A massive win in my books.

Back home after a whirlwind weekend in Birmingham, competing in my first VGC Pokemon Regional Championship.
After a 3-1 start, I finished 4-4, which I’m honestly super happy with. Lots of learning and growth, onwards to EUIC!

I think it has moments of brilliance, an average episode rating of ‘good’, and an unfortunately rushed finale. The results surprised us: Developers thought they were 20% faster with AI tools, but they were actually 19% slower when they had access to AI than when they didn't.
