If you know me you know my sparrows are like my children I love them … there are around 150 of them here on my property and I feed them daily … I was so happy that this one was rescued before a cat got to it if I hadn’t gone to take the trash out I’m not sure he’d have made it…

this morning this lil sparrow was on my side porch trying to warm up but not moving anything but his eyes he looked distressed I was worried that my neighbors cats had gotten him but there was no evidence of that so I called wildlife.dgf.nm.gov/desert-willo... they came in 15 minutes and rescued it
