Hey, check it out. I had the best Book Bub ad for 2025 for "ultra-narrow targeting." I've moved more than 2,600 copies of King Liam, with many of them coming from this extended campaign. Thank you, Book Bub, for highlighting the book and campaign!

11.12.2025 01:35 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I love author interviews, and insight into Lonnie Busch is a must-read. He's such an interesting (and good) human!
Check out his Literary Titan interview for Assimilation:

I, too, have two short stories in this anthology! And those reviews are deliciously awesome. Check it out.

29.11.2025 03:16 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Same! I bought my original copy at full price and upgraded since at full (upgrade) price since. Zero regrets. I love that this product exists.
29.11.2025 00:32 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Yeah, I totally get all this.
29.11.2025 00:30 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0YeahβI can't imagine writing a novel in a flat document. At all. Nor do I want to manage that novel in the Finder. Having lived in Scrivener, anything else is pure insanity (to me).
But, I still do outside critting/editing with Word or Pages. I take those edits and apply them to my Scrivener docs.
Another Black Friday deal for writers: $30 off PublisherRocket and the Kindlepreneur course for free ($50 normally). I've used PublisherRocket for keywords and other Zonian things for Accidental Intelligence, King Liam, and for publishing Neosynthesis.

The biggest thing you'll give up from Google is shared editing. But then, I don't like shared editing. I'd rather trade Apple Pages or Word docs back and forth with my critters/editorsβall day long.
If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask! Scrivener is rarely on sale. <end>
This is also important (to me): not having your work slurped into Google's AI training or profiling of you is tremendously valuable (to me). Having my work stored on my computerβand not on the cloud where it could be taken away at any pointβis important (to me). <cont.>
28.11.2025 23:25 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Regardless of whether Scrivener breaks your imported document automatically, it's very easy to break it up by hand (Right/CTRL-click > Split at Selection. This would be largely a one-time chore. <cont.>
28.11.2025 23:25 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0This may turn into a long-multipart answer! Be forewarned! π
You can import docx files directly. You may have to export from Google to docx to import your Google files.
One of the absolutely best Scrivener features is the ability to have separate documents for individual scenes/chapters. <cont.>
Are you a writer? This is about the only Black Friday sale that may matter to you: 25% off Scrivener for macOS or Windows with the code BLACKFRIDAY2025.
This is not a sponsored post. I LOVE Scrivener.

Amazing! And Iβm glad the paperbacks are already landing.

I love it when an author goes wide, but ESPECIALLY @airbusch1.bsky.social. I've read two of these books, and plan to read all of them. On Apple Books, at that!
