Final page consists of Hellen and Sam eating the baby's remains in slices, sitting on Sam's couch, Rat Baby curiously sniffing at the plate of fruit that Sam is holding. Hellen, wide-eyed, is internally panicking as she thinks: "THIS DUDE IS UNIRONICALLY THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW I HAVE LITERALLY NEVER BEEN THIS CLOSE TO ANOTHER PERSON IN YEARS AND YET HE'S THE EXCEPTION OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY FUCKING GO-" Sam has a giddy smile as he's chewing the fruit simply thinking: "I never knew infanticide could taste this good! Hellen's so cool. I wonder if Rat Baby can have some?" The page end with Sam complimenting Hellen, saying: "Wow these cuts are great, Hellen!" Hellen coldy responds: "...Thanks."

Why'd you do that Sam? Why'd you ruin Christmas man what da hell dude not cool.
