Me and K are catching up on Peacemaker Season 2 and had the same realtime realization of “Oh, yeah, his dad’s still racist,” to “…Hold the fuck up. Have there been ANY non-white characters in this entire dimension?” during episode 6. #peacemaker

It’s not so much politics with Chris Brown as it is the fact that he’s a known domestic abuser so I know a lot of people who don’t touch his music because of it

In news unrelated to BB, I’m still catching up on shows I skipped while catching up on the Emmys, and I need record me and K watching 1% Club sometimes because I just walked up to the screen and used my remote as a pointer to explain the pattern for one question

I think the Keanu we saw was a result of his own over gaming and Jimmy targeting him early on, because you cannot expect me to believe that Jimmy being in most people’s ears early on didn’t effect how the house saw Keanu. (4/4)

Worst case scenario he’s your typical cos dude who’s got some growing to do, but he never struck me as a terrible person who was beyond being capable of that growth and I’ve always had a feeling he would surprise people once he left the house. (3/4)

Does he tend to mansplain? Yeah. But you cannot expect me to believe that anyone who was bopping along to the girls’ cheer and who willingly sat and watched Love is Blind with them is misogynistic. (2/4)

Last thoughts for now maybe, reading all the responses to the interviews: Keanu’s interviews don’t surprise me. I never bought into the idea that he’s a misogynist. He wasn’t the smartest in the house. His social game sucked. He should have listened to Rachel. (1/4) #bb27

and “floating” in between the existing alliances or back and forth between multiple alliances based on who was in power even if they weren’t actually at risk of going home, but their loyalty not actually having any meaning because they wouldn’t commit to anyone? (2/3)

Saw people on Facebook calling Ashley a “floater,” and I feel like that word has lost meaning at this point. My memory could be off because while I have watched every season I haven’t gone back to rewatch any, but I remember “floater” being someone who never had to commit to an alliance, (1/3) #bb27

In fact, thinking about it more, I think keeping the twists, and then having it be a narrative of them overcoming the types of things that led to their previous evictions would probably be interesting/fun to watch.

Morgan I could see back for an All Stars season, but I don’t think she’s who I’d have in mind for this idea. She was evicted from the final HoH comp, not a twist.

As far as the four examples we saw this season, I think they would. Any houseguest that legitimately had hard feelings against BB, CBS, or the twists wouldn’t have come back to be involved in the show at all. I think it would ultimately come down to everyone’s current relationship with the show.

I mean, even this season we had Rachel and the White Lotus twist. With the three masterminds the four out of 27 seasons right there. There has to be at least 12 more examples right? Or at the very least, this could be fun at some point in the future when they do have enough players for it. (2/2)

With the Mastermind reveal from last night, it has me thinking. Over all the seasons of BB there have to be enough houseguests to do a season just of players whose games were sunk by twists that they could do a whole redemption season, couldn’t they? (1/2) #bb27

I’m also just gonna say Morgan’s question felt like a lifeline to Vince to try to help convince the jury to vote for him, rather than a question to determine her own choice, because I think she could feel that Ashley was winning everyone #bb27

And OF COURSE Morgan is the only one who didn’t vote for Ashley. Though I am genuinely curious if even she would have if she’d had time in the jury house to be able to separate feelings from the game. #bb27

At least Vince will have 75k to keep him warm when he finds out his girlfriend broke up with him #bb27

Showergate to final 2 is wild. This was looking like Morgan’s season to lose, and I’m hoping it matters to the jury that Ashley is the one who took her out. #bb27
