Its been intetesting to hear all the pushback on congestion fees, especially in light of the decades of government subsidies for autos, much to the detriment of trains and public transportation. The U.S. has fallen far behind Europe in that regard.

I do not drive on a regular basis, but most traffic in NYC has been significantly reduced since implementation of the congestion zone, and that's a good thing. Without understanding the area you were in, I first thought you were enjoying the shift.
