24.11.2025 20:07 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0We`ll share the recording in case you'd like to watch it later. Regarding a flow for neurodivergent: I'll look into habitica. I had not heard of it. What are your 2-3 recommendations for us to make sure we look into them? I'd love to hear them 🙏

20.11.2025 16:41 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0We’re going live today @buffer.com to share more about our data of the impact that replying to comments has and the behind the scenes of our recent launch: community. Join us! buffersurvey.typeform.com/to/ufXZFHmp 11 am CET.
20.11.2025 07:51 — 👍 5 🔁 1 💬 2 📌 0New: You can now reply to comments from Bluesky directly on Buffer. It's only available to Beta users, but you can enable those and start trying this out for yourself. I'm part of the team behind this. Ask us anything! (and any feedback is of course much appreciated)
10.10.2025 14:31 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Hi! My name is Diego. I’m part of the team working on this new feature.
(1) We’re not planning on adding ways to hide it for now. But with some design adjustments we are working on, it will be less prominent
(2) Mastodon is coming! We have plans to add it
Let me know if you have any other feedback❤️
I'd love to see more companies sharing profits and their success with employees and supporting other causes. Please share any cool examples of companies doing similar things. I'd love to learn more about how other companies do this ⤵️
16.08.2025 14:31 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0We share all of our metrics transparently and openly and are committed to financial transparency. We'd love to see more companies follow suit.
You can follow along here: buffer.com/open
Last but not least: We also donate about 10% of our profits to non-profit organizations (we all get to suggest different causes and organizations, and then vote as a company).
16.08.2025 14:31 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0We've also kept the free plan when all other companies in our space decided to get rid of it, because our mission is to help more small businesses thrive (do good while doing well). Thank you to every one of our customers for your trust in our service. We'll continue to work hard to improve
16.08.2025 14:31 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0The best part about all of this is that we've stayed true to our values and decided to not raise prices in the past couple of years, when we were not profitable. Why? Because most of our customers are SMBs and creators and depend on Buffer to share content and connect with their community.
16.08.2025 14:31 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Our formula has the following components and weight for each category:
(40%) Equal split between all current employees
(40%) Employee's current salary
(20%) Tenure
Last month alone (July 2025), Buffer made more in profits than we had ever made in a year since Buffer has existed (271K).
Hot take: Companies that share their profits with employees, outperform those that don't. At Buffer we have a Profit Share program in place and we made 271K USD in profits just last month. At the end of the year, profits are shared with all employees using a formula that rewards tenure and impact
16.08.2025 14:31 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0In my team at Buffer to leverage AI and its pace and speed we are prioritizing building instead of over-thinking, long meetings and over-designing. A long term vision is key and clearly defined, but when it comes to execution, projects are a lot more fluid now. We ship fast, but stay in Beta longer.

01.06.2025 20:10 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0What a ride. We've just unlocked the highest revenue (ARR) we've ever seen at Buffer after 5 years 💥 🎉
It took us years to turn things around. Being here for this ride has been one of the hardest things I've ever been a part of in my career. I'd do it all again...
The difference between Project Management and Product Management is that in product you are actively involved in defining a strategy.
10.03.2025 17:48 — 👍 3 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Soon I'll be celebrating 6 years at Buffer. A company that's followed an atypical path. Focusing on profitability instead of raising additional rounds of capital from investors, doing 4-day workweeks for the past 2+ years and recently, we even decided to get rid of all meetings. Ask me anything.
07.03.2025 14:31 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0🔚 Puede que no sea el camino fácil, pero así es como destacas en Product Management. Mucha suerte
El camino no convencional suele funcionar mejor en Product Management. He visto a amigos tener éxito usando estas mismas estrategias.
Elimina trabajos no relacionados. Sé preciso sobre tu experiencia en producto – no infles números. Calidad > Cantidad.
04.02.2025 20:10 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0¿No sabes programar?
