In a world where almost everything seems to be disposable, it's refreshing to be part of something that's being built to last!
02.12.2025 11:02 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0That's a big reason why I'm proud to be part of a tech company that has the ultra-rare combination of having the tenure of a larger tech company whilst being comprised of a small, nimble team you'd normally find at a younger company.
02.12.2025 11:02 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Luckily the experience gained and relationships formed don't, and you carry those with you. But as a builder, it still hurts to see work you put your heart into vanish into the tech abyss.
02.12.2025 11:02 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0A big part of it has to do with spending most of my career working with startups, and that comes with the risk of your work disappearing.
02.12.2025 11:02 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0When looking back, one thing that always hits me is that the majority of companies I worked or consulted for don't exist anymore. They've either closed shop or been acquired.
02.12.2025 11:02 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0So here I am, on @buffer.com, scheduling posts and feeling the struggles of building a regular cadence. Nothing beats having skin in the game. It's the best empathy exercise.
25.11.2025 08:38 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It's like the difference between trying on boots in a shop vs. actually hiking in them. You don't know if they're comfortable until you've broken them in on the hiking trail.
25.11.2025 08:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0We're doing a "team of creators" thing at @buffer.com where we all use the product to post regularly to our socials. Honestly, it's been humbling. Those small friction points I'd brush off in testing? They hit different when it's my own posts going out.
25.11.2025 08:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Testing with dummy data is one thing. Actually using your product with your own content? That's when you discover what you really trust and what makes you anxious.
25.11.2025 08:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Super proud of the team behind it all for hitting this big milestone: @diegosanchez.bsky.social, Alicja Suska, MarΓa Alejandra Uribe, Esther GΓ³mez DΓaz.
Can't wait to see how this keeps evolving π

13.11.2025 17:12 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0With the new Community feature that launched yesterday, I can not only post to my socials but also respond to comments and stay engaged without constantly running the risk of getting lost in the feed.
Game changer. I've already gone through a bunch of comments without opening my socials once.
Until yesterday, Buffer helped with the posting side. You could schedule and post without the risk of distraction by going on the actual platform. Now things just got way better.
13.11.2025 17:12 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0One of the things I struggle with on social media is using it without getting sucked in. I often find myself in extremes - either fully on it or totally away from it to protect my focus.
Buffer just launched something to change this π
Today we're launching Community, which we've built to help you to stay on top of comments and replies across all your social channels. Available now on all Buffer plans, including our free plan.
12.11.2025 16:11 β π 11 π 2 π¬ 2 π 0What's worked well for you? Especially if you've been down this path before. π
11.11.2025 08:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I can code but never touched mobile dev. This is a long-term skill investment, so want to choose wisely.
11.11.2025 08:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0So I'm torn between:
β’ Learning a tool like Play (for iOS) - createwithplay.com
β’ Building with code (Claude + native SDKs)
Figma isn't cutting it for the fidelity I need i.e. animations, gestures, microinteractions, etc. and Liquid Glass styling has made everything sluggish.
11.11.2025 08:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Quick question for mobile designers/devs: What's your setup for prototyping delightful native interactions? πΉοΈπ±
11.11.2025 08:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0When your digital kitchen scales decides to quit and you need to measure out 200g of pasta
16.10.2025 10:44 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0ay ay ay Liquid Glass. Love the artistic concept and all, but execution still needs some polishing π
26.09.2025 08:15 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Check out everything Buffer for iOS26 has to offer π buffer.com/resources/io...
25.09.2025 17:17 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Grateful to @joel.is for allowing & encouraging us to do work we are proud of, and not stop short at 'good enough' β€οΈ
25.09.2025 17:17 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0But mostly, it's a testament to how solid teamwork across various fronts can move mountains:
β’ Tight designer collaboration on Popcorn (the foundations underneath Popcorn To Go).
β’ High trust collaboration between product, design & engineering to bring things to life.
Our customers benefit from a fresh & modern look and a bunch of new valuable features.
