Dakota is at the edge of town, he is kneeling down and going through his bag. He pulls a chain from a pocket, and pulls, and pulls, it seems to never end. He dumps them back in, the end connected to a small mallet with just the head sticking out of the bag. He turns to the reader.

The hunter went with Ms. Snow to go fight some random villain, and their minions. The fight should have gone smoother, but SOMEONE wasn't paying attention. So now, now she's going to pay Dakota back one way or another.

The map is definitely upside down. He turns to face her then hands her the map before walking around the spear in the ground, using it for some weird measuring technique, maybe.

"I used to keep a bow on me, but it kinda broke..."

"That was not a softball! It was a can of something."

"Why would you throw it?!"

Dakota also jumps back, his arms dangling as he looks back at AJ.

Dakota frantically swats at the can, his arm growing massive muscles temporarily as he smacks the can into the ground. His arm returns to normal immediately after.

"Why!?!?!"

"Have you fought anything big and flying before?"

He ignores her grumbling as he pulls out a map. He stares at it for a bit, pulling out his spear and putting it in the ground. He uses the shadow to gauge the time/sun angle.

"Wrong line, but I can't stop you. It's just going to be a mountain hike, I'm just hoping that it's something simple."

Dakota holds her hands over her head, leaning in close to her.

"I'm sincerely hoping you're taking this task seriously."

He let's go of her, turning his back to her.

"Hmmmm, I try not to take on more than I can chew. But sometimes stuff happens. I was hunting down this stitcher, he combined a bunch of ghouls together and gave them weird fleshy wings."

Dakota shivers as he thinks about that job.

"Took an hour of throwing rocks at them to knock it down."

"It depends on the job. Most of my work is dealing with ghouls, scabs, and stitchers. Scabs The sewn together corpses, not those crossing union lines."

Dakota shakes his head.

"Not that I care for them either."

As long as she doesn't demand pancakes afterwards, it sounds reasonable

"Why would I go with folks I do not know?"

Dakota tilts his head as he looks at the various knights. He then looks at his own partially armored self.

"They also seem a bit, loud."

"Oh, well that's not going to be quite as helpful. What do you do for flying stuff?"

"What? No, just walk."
