Lived in Philly for 21 years, that always my fav. Gooey Looies was also a 10/10 steak.

The secret is, most any corner spot can/will make a great steak lol.

Tony Luke's was always my go to for roast pork and, funny enough, John's Roast Pork was my fav steak in the city.
