Stools are chairs with no back, like those often found in a bar or laboratory (as opposed to your lavatory π). A 'step stool' can also be used to stand on to reach high things, eg by children to reach the sink or countertop.
Your type of stool is best not stood or sat on in my experience π π©
It is! And Ironbridge too. Well worth a few days when you can!
It's a beautiful place - used to be known as little Switzerland! Shrewsbury's great as well.
Local authorities spend Β£150 MILLION a year fighting SEND parents in appeals and tribunals. That money could've supported 26,000 kids. Oh, and their success rate is less than 1%
By me for @thecanaryuk.bsky.social

I suppose if we've got to have them pumping out insane amounts of heat 24/7, it might as well go to some use. But I'd far rather it wasn't there in the first place...
Good morning.
A regular reminder: a tiny few hoard staggering wealth and own much of the media, while millions struggle to survive.
Thatβs not an accident. Itβs a choice made by those in power.
Tax wealth. Fund public services. Build an economy for everyone - not the 1%.
Renee Good tells ICE, "That's fine dude, I'm not mad at you" - then ICE agent shoots her and says "f*cking b*tch"
America, how can you be ok with this?
Absolutely. Brown stuffing is something we all have to deal with occasionally! Cutest cushion I've seen in a long time.
I would happily solve this problem and take the front one off your hands! May I have another picture?
Love this! My grandfather used to live in Winchester and I have many happy memories there. We couldn't go into town without meeting multiple people he knew who stopped to say hello. It's a beautiful city.
This is a brilliant photo! Love the dogs too.
How many times do we need to point this out?
By appeasing the far right, you do not weaken it. You strengthen it.
While weakening your own position.
There's a vast amount of academic research showing this.
But Labour will not listen.

Now this would be funny.
I can believe what I want. My worldview comes from my own lived experience, the things I've learned, struggled with and made sense of over time
But hereβs the bit people miss: lived experience doesnβt automatically make me right or wrong. It just explains why I see the world the way I do 1/3
Thank you. You are so right! The world is made richer by our varying beliefs and experiences - it's what makes us unique! We should share how we see the world and celebrate it, but also celebrate listening to others and learning from them. Diversity is a strength and something to be proud of.
Thank you. I really needed this today.
It's a good day when I stumble across an Airedale on my Bluesky feed! And Lakeland too of course. To make it even better, there's more in the comments!! πΆ πΆ πΆ
This made me cry. Thank you, and I'm so sorry for your loss.
This..β¬οΈ anyone means anyone! Resulting in long term debillitaing illnesses, unable to work or function normally, not knowing how youre going to get through the day from the moment you wake up, if you're lucky enough to get some decent sleep. π€·ββοΈππ½
Joke's on them, I'd be passed out before we'd even left the ground π any doctor on that flight would be veeeery busy.
I have far more faith in 12 year olds.
This is awful news, she is such a huge loss. She did a huge amount for the disabled community and made such a difference in the world beyond too. Thinking of her family and friends, I'm so sorry.
Hopefully the other parties take note of this. Reform voters are not united and with the right messaging can hopefully be swung... #HopeNotHate
This. I really hope the other parties listen and look at which supporters they can work on.
I love it when the BBC reports on the BBC, as though they've never met them in their life. They've started adding a note to their articles saying that the News branch is "editorially independent", but their CEO resigned too so it seems a bit daft in this case. Or in all of them...
Q: was the goldfish 3 weeks old when it died or has it been dead for 3 weeks? Is it anything to do with the one @bbeska.bsky.social found in his garden?
Those aside, I really hope this somehow turns around for you guys. Watching from across the pond is painful. Living it must be infinitely worse.
Weapon = the Epstein files?
