They have tall vaguely mammalian ears and a lithe, furred body, but their arms and lower legs are covered with dark shiny scalation like a bird or reptile. Matching hard structures that look like a ribcage decorate their torso. Inky tentacles are coiled around their limbs in various ways, and ghostly floating teeth surround them.
