but hey, at least you have a pretty new Mario and Donkey Kong game that are mid, and a console that can emulate Wind Waker or some shit when a Steam Deck could do that 3 years ago.

i'm no political expert, i'm barely an expert in anything. but assuming tariffs ARE going to be the rationale/excuse, don't buy into that garbage unless they come with receipts.

hell, this is nintendo we're talking about, they're probably lawyering up because i dared to use their name negatively.

this reeks of corporate greed using the mess that is the current political situation as a shield; maximizing profits while getting to keep the good will of the consumer. Same exact shit we saw with inflation across the last few years.

if tariffs are to be believed, i wouldn't be shocked if it amounted to like maybe $10 a unit. but they would get to use that as an excuse, jack up the price by $30 and then be like "uwu tariffs hurt us badly". and without knowing manufacturing costs, there's no proof they're telling the truth.

this has been on my mind a lot sadly, so i'mma rant.

if this is Target and not the Switch line as a whole, i don't believe it's cuz tariffs. They will probably claim it, and nintendo shills will probably defend them to the death for that reason, but i do not believe it for a second.

Same here, I've tried so many of them and thought they were all incredibly mid at best. Only one I've beaten is Ocarina, and even then I thought it was INCREDIBLY overrated.

It's just my thing with Nintendo properties tbh. So many other studios have done the same thing but better imo.

Really glad I finally got around to finishing it, and I enjoyed the hell out of my playthrough.

But good lord I struggled with learning this game, just beating the thing I found harder than getting the Bloodborne platinum lol

But hey, that's all of the mainstream Fromsoft games beaten at least 🤙

Took me over 6 years since buying it, but finally "got gud" and beat Sekiro last night.

I probably have more attempts on Isshin and Demon of Hatred than any other Fromsoft boss, so Im not even sure I'd call it "getting gud" at this point, vs fluking my way to victory lol
