Been thinking about this for a little while.

Even with all the current context, I'm still genuinely shocked how many people are trying to argue a different truth than what we can all see from very clear video of the incident.

It's genuinely Orwellian. Straight out of 1984.

Laws in the USA only apply to the poor, not those in power. They are specifically structured so as to not apply to those in power, actually.

So when authorities say “she tried to run over an officer,” that is not a neutral description. It is a claim of intent that can be used to justify lethal force after the fact.

When the state kills first and invents the threat afterward, it is not policing, it is death squad behavior. /end
