Note that sections 9 and 10 deal with:

- Congresses ability to control tariffs.

For those of us who are survivors of childhood sexual abuse (or abuse at any age)
this constant reminder that abusers are being protected and survivors ignored is heartwrenching and triggering.
And the wrong message is being sent to the perpetrators.
