I can say that in the last 15 years I’ve been able to make a plant based, (& healthier, high in essential nutrients and vitamins, protein, iron), version of all most food.
My energy level, cardio & body have been thanking me since). Same delicious but with plants. You should give it an honest try!

It does. The taste and texture are really good.
The nori , miso tamari gives the taste and a tad beet root and tad turmeric powder for colour.
