You’re so right about unusual film choices on planes! My fave unexpected discovery is ‘Marcel The shell with shoes on’. Watched that returning from a US business trip. Gorgeous movie. Wept like a baby.

Iron deficiency is super common & causes symptoms ranging from fatigue to hair loss to cognitive dysfunction.
Ferritin should be 30+ in adults (50+ even better)

Wrote to my MP (whom I admire and voted for) @stephenmorganmp.bsky.social this morning about this. Hopefully he and other Labour MPs will show moral courage where their leaders do not. I hope he votes to stop this bill. I will be checking.

🤔Big Question: Can precise targeting of neutrophil-driven NETosis and fibrosis halt disease progression more effectively than broad immunosuppression?

I highly recommend it. If I’m working from home, me and my wife @clarecowhig.bsky.social often hit the arcade at lunch hour to have a sandwich, play the two p tipping games and throw ping pong balls into cups. It’s the best mid-workday palate cleanser for the brain I know. :)

It’s great for fishing, coffee shop and arcade. As for the politics, Jim Davidson is a regular performer, read into that what you will
